Seeking working proxy/VPN lists that aren't identified as proxies, is there such a thing?!

Are there any lists of working proxies or VPNs that aren't identified on sites such as whatismyipaddress.com as a proxy server or network sharing device?

A lot of lists either don't work or give some Chinese or Columbian IP address that is instantly seen as a network sharing device. Ideally I want something in the US or Europe that is not a suspected proxy. Are there such lists or stuff out there? PM me any information if you don't want to post in public.
