Seeking Website Design & Developer With Strong Marketing Understanding

I run a small SEO company in Massachusetts and I need a website designer & developer who has a very strong understanding of marketing psychology, persuasion, brand messaging and conversion. I'm not interested in just anyone who can build a pretty website. You must be marketing oriented first and foremost. You need to understand how to create a site that displays persuasive information the right way, in bites, to accommodate the short attention span of today.

You must understand clear brand message, trust signals, uncluttered design and how to get the user to take action - and make the site look nice.
