As far as I know, videos aren't scanned much, FB's algorithm mostly only scans text content.

videos are harder because facebook scans both visuals and audio more strictly than images. keeping things subtle in the first few seconds and avoiding flagged keywords can help with approval.

I think that is absolutely impossible, if the campaign is in violation it gets approved and spent but then it will definitely be rejected
 
Please post to Wanted or something similar. or change the post content, media.
