Hi all, I posted the below over in "mobile marketing" but lack of response has me wondering if that may have been the wrong place to post. Giving this forum a shot. I'd add that I have about $10,000 to spend.

Greetings all. First post, newb. I'm seeking help quickly acquiring several thousand registered users for a new iOS app in the social network category. Not a game app. Looking for high quality US users. I don't need millions or even tens of thousands. Just looking to establish a respectable initial base of folks. Thank you.
