Seeking Script made (Skype API based?)

I have about 3.5 Million emails I need to search on skype

I need to search the emails, print the skype name(s) found for each email to the line.

how to search emails is go to contacts> skype directory and enter email and any accounts linked to them will come up

I can run this on several dedis with proxies.

Looking for quotes.

PS: I need the script, you cant search the emails for me, prefer PHP/Python/Perl or C#/C/.net with source code
