It's my limited understanding that some private SMM Panels, deliver monetized views, with better engagement and watch time than the public ones listed in the Marketplace, (I've tried most of them). My objective is to make at least what I spend, if not slightly more monthly to get my channel to pay for itself.

I highly doubt you'll find anyone with that. I mean I've been on BHW for a year actively but I haven't seen a single offer on private SMM panels giving you those. And aren't most SMM panels resellers of certain methods? Because just about every HR views method is dead except for a few but they're slow and can drop at any given time. I don't see how much different a private panel is compared to public one unless they're doing a special set of instructions to watching a video.

Maybe you could try using microworkers/picoworkers/taskbucks. One that uses real manual users but those campaigns are somewhat expensive. What you could do is maybe get them to search a video and watch the duration + like/share it.
