Seeking Niche Advice for Educational Program Launch in Turkey

Hello everyone. I live in Turkey and I'm planning to launch an educational program, but I'm having trouble choosing a niche. I have an inclination towards digital marketing and its sub-niches, but those niches seem saturated already. Could you please help me with my niche for the educational program? I've been thinking about everything for months, and as a result, I've even lost a year. I don't want to waste any more time, but I'm also afraid that if I launch my educational program in my chosen niche, it might not reach anyone due to saturation.

Create something like coursera by hiring actors. The actors will film themselves reading material on a screen. You need only to prepare the educational material for them to read in text file format. You only upload videos on your coursera website. A website clone costs 200$

Thank you for your response. What I'm looking for is related to which niche I can focus on in the digital marketing field or what skills I can teach people. I want to select a niche that is unique and valuable, elevate my skill set in that area, and then provide education to others. When I look at Instagram, I see thousands of the same niches like 'how to grow your account,' 'boost your sales,' 'e-commerce secrets,' Amazon, Etsy, Shopify dropshipping, and they're all the same ones we already know. I'm searching for something different and impactful, but I'm really confused about it.

Maybe choose something related to role of AI in digital marketing. It is less saturated.
