Seeking Meetup Bot

Hey everyone,

I need a meetup bot that can perform a really simple set of tasks:

1. I provide a message to get posted to users that belong to specific groups.
2. The bot must detect whether the user was already contacted or not previously.
3. Timed delay to avoid account suspension.

Thats really it. Nothing too crazy, I just need to grow another meeetup I'm starting.

I remember a guy a few years ago who used a bot like this to auto-generate dates with ladies. Haven't heard from him lately... wonder if he got the AIDS from all his success.
