Seeking Instagram Account Wizards: Help Needed with Inactive Handles!

In need of a wizard-like service to claim ownership of some inactive Instagram accounts.
I've got project names that are clear on every platform except Instagram, where they're currently occupied by accounts that seem dead in the water.

If you've got the tools or know-how to make these accounts mine, or can lead me to someone who does, shoot me a PM.
Really looking to make this happen.
