Seeking HIGHLY talented and skilled USA programmers - Equity Positions

As the title says, I need to get my hands on some super talented and skilled programmers who know their way around technologies such as:

php
coldfusion
flash (as2 / as3)
mysql
jquery
ajax
css

I myself am a superstar graphic and web designer, but im hindered in the creativity and scale of my projects due to not having programming capability on deck. I have at current a project on deck right now that I need filling as I will begin working on it in the next few days.

Due to the nature of these projects, programming costs will likely be prohibitively expensive, so im willing to trade sizable equity for your contributions, which will allow you to cash out a hell of a lot more than you would were you being paid a one time fee for your services.

Im well versed and expert in the area of marketing, both online and offline, and due to that, these projects will most definitely be successful, providing they can be successfully completed.

You MUST be based in the United States, so that I retain the full ability to enforce Non-Disclosure Agreements, contracts and the like, as well as for your own protections.

There are several projects on deck so this will not be a one time deal, and there will be a TON of money to be made.

This is what gets noone, its better to hire cheap programmers overseas.
Most US people hire them and get their work done rather spend ages making the program themself. Although there are few who like to DIY.

again, i wouldnt mind doing that......but.....the nature of the project calls for legality to be in place. Very hard to enforce laws if you live overseas, knowhatimean?

Hah. If I was given half a penny for everytime someone had a bajillion dollar idea but had no capital to invest...I'd retire from my day job AND IM. Seriously developers need to feed their families too..and no developer worth a shit will work for POTENTIAL future earnings. If your idea is really unique youd be better off raising capital through traditional venues and paying a developer. He gets paid, and you keep equity. Win win.

i can work long hours and can do any complex coding.

How are you with jquery?

A better question would be, how are you with javascript.

I am definitely a more than capable web developer. I am interested in your opportunity but I would have to agree with mudbutt in that I would require some guaranteed income. However, I would love to chat about this if you have skype or something PM me
