    GREETINGS
New to the BlackHat community, but excited to see what it offers.
I'm having some trouble regarding the quickest possible way to have funds available during business with eBay & PayPal.
I am familiar with eBay and dropshipping with Amazon, as well as the fundamentals of eBay's policy regarding fund holds.
Looking to start a new eBay & PayPal account to start fully working with Amazon, but can't find a way to get around those damned holds.
ANY feedback regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated, as well as anyone who would refer to themselves as any sort of eBay "expert".
As I'm sure much of you are aware, when one wishes to start up such a venture as this regarding eBay & Amazon, one doesn't necessarily have the funds available to cover up front costs. If this is indeed the case, one is forced to wait on the availability of the funds before they are even able to begin shipping the item. In many cases, it's 2-3 weeks. With that sort of lag on the process, it is almost certainly going to end in negative feedback from the customer.
eBay says that providing a tracking number speeds up fund availability.
HOW THE HELL DO I PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER WITHOUT FIRST PAYING FOR THE PRODUCT? (WITH THE MONEY THAT I DON'T YET HAVE, BECAUSE IT IS PENDING?)
    But I digress.
As you can see, my frustration is something fierce and (I feel) completely relevant.
Any and ALL advice is IMENSELY appreciated.
I absolutely MUST get this up and going, friends. The financial future of loved ones is at stake.

    THANK YOU

    Best Regards,
    3750

NO way around it but to wait and have PP lift the hold in due course.

Patience is the name of the game with new accounts. Sell some stuff you have around, go and buy some stuff from a fleamarket, dollarstore etc. Establish the ebay/PP account.

3 month from now it may be good to go fro DS'ing.

Of course, you could print out an invoice and send that one with tracking to the customer.

Including an advisory of delayed shipping bla bla bla. But that's a real rat race to stay on top of things.

Do it the right way. Start slow, provide good CS and before you know 3 month are up and you get a nice limit increase, holds are lifted and biz can start.

That will get you banned eventually when the tracking # you send keep showing up as non tendered.
