Seeking Help with Card hold and Ad Spend Issues on Facebook Ads

Hello,

I'm encountering some issues with my Facebook Ads account that I hope someone can help me resolve.

  1. Card Hold Issue: I am trying to add a payment card to my Facebook Ads account, but I keep facing errors. The system does not seem to accept my card, and I am unable to proceed with any campaigns. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and found a solution?
  2. Ad Spend probleme (preparing) : Additionally, my ads are active, but they are not spending any amount. Despite being live, there's no spend or impressions being registered. I am not sure what is causing this and how to fix it.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or solutions from those who have faced and resolved similar problems. Thank you in advance for your help!

1.There are many types of advertising accounts, not all payment cards can be used
2.Your account is having an error of not spending

New accounts are often limited in spending for the first 2-3 days, keep the camp active, and it will distribute evenly.

The hold account is now almost always present, so get used to it
 
The first problem is that you should try with another card from another bank, I think you will be able to add the card. As for your second problem, I think you should by an old account that has been used before, then your operation will be smoother
 
Try different cards to see the results. There are types of advertising accounts. Not all payment methods can be used. Or because your account is new, your spending is limited.
 
about your first problem, you try to change to another card, maybe the payment method is suspended, or your card is not supported for payment

It seems like your card is being declined due to regional restrictions or the type of card you're using. Consider checking your card's eligibility for international transactions and trying a different card from another bank.

This is a quite common problem. u might want to review your campaign to ensure your budget, objectives, and ad quality are optimized. It's recommended to use an account with a spending history.
 
Try this,
Up 1 camp, thurplay views. Create 2 groups, each group budget 1$ group and wait 5-10 minutes
Then if it doesn't work, add a new card
