Yes. Scrapebox does this really well with their 'link checker' functionality. Will scan an unlimited list of urls checking for url links you specify.
free version of seo spyglass for upto 1100 urls or you can pay $99 if you wanna see more
but give the trial a go first.
i think you can also do "linkdomain:www.yourdomain.com" in the scrape box search and only tick yahoo.
Personally i havent got good results from that and doesnt show the same results as yahoo give it a try though it wont fetch anchors though
