Seeking Facebook Monetization Help for Foreign Creators – Any Agencies or Workarounds?

I am running an account on Instagram for a niche which gets a lot of engagement on facebook. I have around 190k followers in IG, 120k in facebook and 126k on YT. Gained in around 4months. The facebook page I have isn't eligible for the in stream ads as I am not based in an eligible country. Is there a way around this? I have heard people say that the fb account could be given to someone in US as an admin/owner. Then it's eligible. However, then you need the US resident information which I don't have of course. And I don't have any connections/friends who could give me this information.

Is there a company which provides this kind of service or is it even worth to try to get my fb account monetized? I have no idea how much it might earn and even if the content is eligible. However on YT I am monetized and earning. FB should be monetizable as well then imo.

If there is someone who would be willing to help me out, we could just start a new fb account and you just use your own information and paypal me the money. However I don't think I am going to find anyone who would be this trustful.
