Seeking developer for KiK chat/responder bot

I am seeking a developer that can create a custom chat/flirt responder for KIK adult marketing. My goals for this product include:

Must be compatible with Nox (preferred) or Bluestacks
Have built-in learning AI as well as ability for me to provide my own messaging, live pics, and links
Mimic human behavior with a response delay setting
Be able to auto-approve new chat requests without manually doing it
Be automatic so that I do not need to be at a computer

I'm not looking for scripted, packaged software, or simple AIML.
