This is the wrong place for this on sooo many levels.

Ideas are literally worthless. If this is as big as you say it is you would be able to get money from every bank and VC firm on Earth so you could hire a real dev team.

Here you can very good developers but if you do not get well then I would suggest go with Elance and oDesk
