I am looking for a place to register domains outside the United States anonymously. I know several registrars offer domain privacy but I was looking for an extra layer of protection. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can register domain with privacy protection. some registrar even give free privacy protection..

internet.bs (outside of USA) + fake name + VCC should do the trick

A client wants it for negative reputation management type uses. Want to avoid any lawsuits or being able to trace it.
