seeking an expert developer for a long term project

I am looking for a very experienced programmer for ongoing work. Minimum time requirement will be 20 hours/week. This will be completion & maintenance of a platform already built. Experience should include:


Python
Django
Celery
Web Scraping
Proxies
Web browsers
Multi-threading
OCR / Captcha Solutions
React
Linux
AWS
iMacros (Not required to know already, but helpful)
Android / iOS knowledge is a bonus

I have a large budget for this project, however I am looking for someone that is extremely experienced. If you do not have extensive knowledge of the above it will not be a good fit.
