I’m looking for advice on how to keep my personal information secure and well-organized. I want to have important documents like social security numbers, birth certificates, and other critical information readily accessible at a moment’s notice. So far, I’ve considered storing this information on a flash drive, but I’m concerned about security and would appreciate any recommendations or best practices. If anyone has suggestions on how to securely manage and store such sensitive information, I’d love to hear them.

Keep it as a draft email as attachment on your most secure Gmail account. Download when you need it and delete it file you downloaded when you are done.
It goes with you everywhere without carrying if you travel a lot.
