Here are the Pre- requisites:

- Should download video file downloads form websites
- Should Upload Video file upload to upload /file hosting type websites.
- Video size would vary 10,50,100 MB.
- Video Would hard core or semi adult stuff


Good to have features...

- if you already have a database of vids(may require for other tasks).
- if you can watermark the downloaded vids and re-upload.(may require for other tasks).



Pls quote your pricing for each video download and upload ASAP.
