I've found some helpful information about ad networks for the adult industry, and I'm hoping there might be something similar for sports streaming platforms.

1. You need to do your own research, I dont know about any specific ones.
2. Video pre roll ads and banner ads works really good.
3. Direct partnership is always good, but you need larger budget as they will charge you for space on monthly or weekly basis. Plus its really hard to get good ROI, unless you are a pro in media buying stuff.
4. No body is going to share this part of information, but data is everything. You can always use ad spy tools to find potential sources of traffic. If you want to use adult network for your niche, look into trafficstars, clickadilla but conversion rate with your niche wont be that good.

Well, a lot networks works with sport streaming sites , try Admaven , Adsterra , Google ads .
