It's been over 3 weeks. One of My PBN networks Which I was using for my websites is Down Due to some Fire incidents. They don't even have backups and saying u can copy-paste your articles from the Wayback Machine. That's Pathetic. They charge High Prices Just to provide shitty services. Not F# Recommended.

Were they using hardware from OVH by any chance?

Maybe they lost servers when OVH burned down
 
I think you should learn the lesson from this situation and start taking care of your backups on your own.
You can store them on your local machine of have third part service. Yes that will make your life more complicated, but safe enough.

Never heard about them, why go with them if you have more competitors very well know in the market?
No sense.

Hetzner etc. And always make your backups, don't be lazy.
