I have been somewhat successful selling books on KDP, but some of my books don't really fit into my portfolio. Therefore your suggestion is of interest, as it enables me to diversify.

I have a couple of questions though...

1. How would you pay me?
Basically are you going to front cash based on a confirmed sale, or would I have to wait until Amazon pays you, then you pay me?

2. How much would you pay?
You have not outlined specifics per book could you do so please and also Amazon holds back 30% of US earnings, would you be paying gross or net of the tax witheld?
