I just started with torrents,purchased seedbox,but not sure how to use it If someone can help me please pm me

I can help you with that, what OS do you have on your seedbox first of all?
Also, specific questions would help, as to what you need help with.

Search for some video tutorials on youtube. There's definately a lot of them.

search seedbox, or seedbox hosting, and you will find a lot of information about it...
in some seedbox hosting webpages there are manuals and faqs...
you can use torrentflux, or utorrent,...
both are easy, if you know a little of linux use torrent flux
