Hi guys,

I didn't post this as a journey thread because I want to do more of a case study.

To the point: I have 2 main kw's I found with my research(also manual).

Keyword 1: 500k searches last month
Keyword 2: 165k searches last month

The site will be monetised with CPA and PPD.

What am I doing today?

Well, I spoke to my partner a bit earlier and discussed my plans with him. He's happy as well. So I decided to start today!

The site will be a very good looking landing page, with a custom script I'm letting my partner make. (We're doing this as a JV) The script will include a sharing widget which forces them to share(viral FB script - Exactly the same idea). The rest of the script has to do with functionality, and getting visitors to leads. I'll go into that topic when the project gets there.

So, I'm going to use a parasite page as my Landing Page. Quicker and easier to rank. With low comp kw's it's a game :)

I'm setting up the page now. Later, when I talk with my JV partner, he'll do the script. By the end of the day I will have the site complete(including script), as well as started first promotion and backlinking.

I'll explain into more detail as I finish everything. Feel free to ask questions, as that's why I'm doing this.

I am challenging myself to rank it ASAP with manual seo. No investment. No buying blasts of 1000's of links. I also don't own link building software. So I'll follow my own "legit" linking strategy, and try to rank it MAX by the end of January '15.

I have a gut feeling 1-2 weeks and I'll see magic. It's huge search volume kw's, but low comp.

Hope you guys will follow along and see my success, and get motivated! :)

Updates will come as I work,
Apoco

i'm following this thread and I wish you good luck! I'm kinda doing the same. :)

Just keep checking back here and you will stay on the right path. :)

Thanks for the wishes! Ask if you want to know anything!

I'll be more than glad to help,
Apoco

Usually ppd niches are low comp (because most of people use gsa blasts and it's easy to outrank them). No investment , No software and you want to rank for a 500k keyword with a new parasite? (it's not impossible , but a little difficult to do in only 15 days) I have some questions.
Have you done seo before ?
What type of links you will be building ?
Will you build links in tired structure ? if yes, then how will you build T2 and T3 ? (you will need lot's of T3 links)

Good luck, i hope you will rank.

Hi prab1996! :)

I'm challenging myself, yes. I won't just drop the project if I don't make the time I said. It just makes the case study much better! :)

BRAND NEW PARASITE, NO INVESTMENT, EVERYTHING DONE MANUALLY

I know A LOT about SEO. For the past year I've built up a lot of experience and knowledge by trying, trying, trying and so on without success. Eventually I started piecing the puzzle together and it sort of just made sense haha. SEO isn't that difficult actually, you must just follow guidelines basically.

I will fully detail my link building as I go, but it will be VERY diverse link profile.

There are some links that I will do a second and maybe 3rd tier to, yes. But not all of my links will get tiered. I will detail how I built manual tiers when I get there :)

Thanks bro, I KNOW I WILL RANK!

Haha just keeping my spirits high :)

You want to rank asap for 500k and 165k searches/mth keywords with manual SEO? Hat's off and good luck.

This will be interesting to watch definitely will see how you do good luck!!

This will surely be interesting to be followed, Subscribed for new update

Thanks

Good luck with your jorney, I will be following for some tips!

If that 500k keyword is the one I am thinking, you absolutely have no chance to rank it in 15 days by doing everything manually and without investment.
Anyway OP wish you luck in this :)

Interesting journey
Will follow along and see what happens

let us wait and see ... information which will be provided is priceless .. good luck :)

This is definitely not a case study considering the fact that case studies are projects that clear up
confusion, break new ground on methods, or split test showing which route is better to take.

Your thread belongs in the "my journeys" section because it is in-fact a personal journey. I wish
you the best with it and hope you do well, but the blackhat section does not pertain to this.

Interested.
Can you give some stats on the top 10 for the keywords - big sites that are listed, their backinks etc...?

Joint Venture is the way to go my friend. Congrats! I'm also open to any JV ideas/investments, hit me up.
