I've done some xrumer and some scrapebox with this site in question. Things were looking up but then this happened. See the screenshot below.

G-Dance or Sanboxed?

This has happened to a lot of sites as of yesterday. It is likely not related to your xrum/scrape runs.

Go check your keyword terms to see who is ranking now and look at whats different from theirs to yours.

Many keywords that I was ranking one are gone... well I tested three, they are gone and no longer ranked. I guess it's a waiting game. I'll obviously keep making new backlinks.

No its not a waiting game.

Look carefully at the sites that are currently ranking now and how they differ from your own. Look at things like:

Title Match
Content Type and Match
# of links to that page
Document URL Match

By content type I mean.. if the keyword is like 'moon images' does the #1 page come up with images of moons? If it's a shopping keyword like 'lady glass slippers' do the top positions come up with product lists of glass slippers?.

These are quality factors that are stealing your long tail and/or primary term.

There are a tons of sites now that have 1000s of links that are all placed at the bottom if not at all in the SERPs because of these factors.

No worries after one or two month you will be back to the ranking :)

to check your webisite if it is sandboxed or not
site:domain.com -- if you see you r website links , then it is not sandboxed.
dont do a hard xrummer blast , on fairly new sites less than 6 months old...Let it get old...

Google loves playing hot and cold..wait for next 2-3 months...You will enjoy and see high SEPRS in google...
Hit Thanks if you find this helpful.

Mine was bouncing from Page 1 to 3. Now back to 1 again. Uncle G was just dancing his weird Dance again, I guess ;)

Came right back after 5 days of plug being pulled on my site. See the attached. I kept my pace on backlinking. I think I pinged a bit too fast for a couple of days and that caused the dip.

Yep, it's completely normal. You might even find that you'll come back even stronger than you were before.

Just wondering, you dropped to wich position during the drop?

Page 10++ ??

I didn't bother checking where I dropped, it was a big drop since there was no traffic coming in at all. I was still indexed if I call the site: operator - so it was all good. Although I was expecting a month before I come back, it was much sooner so I'm happy about it.
