There is not option in instagram+ app to my requirements mate
EDIT: Am looking for tool which will help me see the pictures of a profiles which are in 'private mode'

From a technical standpoint it is not possible, unless you are following that person.
The moment you are following the person, the privilege to view the profile is set from the server and likely written in their database.
There is no client side option to trigger that server side event, except following.
