security feature that prevents me buying stuff

Hello guys and merry christmas! )
I've just created new buyer account, linked my paypal, authorized everything, and encountered this issue. -i can't buy(Buy it now) more than 4 items within 24 hours.
sended many messages(you actually can't call ebay at all right now) support didn't want to admit that there is a buying limit on my account,it was hard to squeeze from them that it is some security feature that prevents me from buying and that with time POSSIBLY they will remove it. Could someone tell if there is a way to remove this security feature faster ? thanks in advance

it's a security measure for all newly created accounts. Those reps can't help you on this. It will go away for some time when eBay's system recognized you as non-high risk user.
