I’ve been a loyal Deleted member 752298 user for a solid year, if not longer. Most of the time, it’s been great, although, yeah, there have been those occasional hiccups—like getting an outdated plugin when you’re expecting the latest and greatest. But overall, I’d say it’s been a pretty sweet ride.
So, here’s the curveball. A couple of weeks back, I’m poking around my Hostinger account and bam—two security threats neutralized. Total shocker since I only download stuff from Festinger or the WordPress store.
Curious, I head to their forum. And there it is, another user’s thrown up a red flag about some issues of their own. Lightbulb moment—I should share my Hostinger security scan snapshot. Thought it’d help clear the air about the issue, you know, either for the other fellow or for my own case?
But get this—my reply? Vanished into thin air. Tried to write another reply, thinking there were some issues. Nope, zapped again. Third time’s a charm? I wish. On that reply I got a bit heated, and called them out for sweeping stuff under the rug. And that’s the post that got me the boot from the forum. Talk about harsh.
And then, just when you think it can’t get any weirder, the big boss drops a note in the thread. Says they axed comments from some saboteur posing as a competitor. And I’m sitting here, half wondering if I’ve lost the plot.
Doesn’t it just make you raise an eyebrow? Or is it just me getting all worked up over nothing?
Deleted member 752298 would appreciate some insights on are you dealing with all concerns like that?
Edit:
Will add some screenshots later after I get back home.
