Security code sent to old email

I changed the email connected to an instagram account, and everything was ok untill instagram want me to Enter sequrity code that they send it to the old emil, even everything else to my new email like change password...
the old email even not exist now... and can't find anyway to contact instagram about the bug

i have same issues too, IG doesnt send the email to new one , i confimed i have confirm the new email on my ig account via new email one. LOL
IG crazy this 2 weeks

the problem there no phone... and i changed and tested that connect to the new email... but now they just send to the old one

i have the problem for a year... not a new bug
 
IG has updated its security measure and does ask for a security code from the old email while changing to prevent malicious login attempts.

It's a tricky situation but I would suggest you try getting that email back somehow, Gmail can be recovered using the reset password and if a custom domain, email setup shouldn't take too long either.

If using custom domain email to be a new account.
i am afraid IG will block it more n more
 
It happened to me, if you don't have access to the old email there's nothing much you can do to solve the problem

gmail disabled that email and can't register new one with the same address ofcourse

both is gmail adresses... its just kind of a bug... cause foreget password sent to the new one

So its just a waste of time even he did changed from old to new the old ones still will be recognize by them?
