I work in hosting. Likely something didn’t auto renew or was allowed to expire. Could also be malware or file/disk limitations exceeded. Hopefully it comes back and is resolved.

hmm it seems like this domain is hosted on a shared hosting platform, where it has exceeded the allocated disk space from the main web server owner, its very strange and unreliable to buy domains from such a website, but its upon you, hope they can fix this with their hosting company.
Let's see if he can fix it asap

Now status has been changed to being using shared IP, he is Earning good amount of money then why using cheap services, atleast invest in good from where you are earning your long term income source ....!
