Any of the popular ones are ok as long as you keep your money temporary with them. The idea is to not hold assets more than a few days on an exchange.

Depends on how high. Most exchanges are good for under 1 mil USD. Also it depends on your country.

Binance is the best exchange that you can use safely if available in your country.
