Secure Email Platform Yahoo mail Alternative

My friend's Yahoo email account has been hacked several times. I am trying to find a solution that is a lot more secure yet as simple to use but where he is still able send and receive emails from his yahoo email address.

Maybe forward all emails going to him , to a private domain that is hosted on a secure email platform .

What solution could you suggest. He his not computer savy at all so platform needs to remain simple to use.

Sounds like the problem isn't with Yahoo; it's with your friend.

Either his computer is compromised or someone has managed to guess/bruteforce his password or security question answer.

I would have him change the password + security question/answer on his yahoo account and set it up to forward all email to his new Gmail account that you have him register.

Running some kind of anti-virus program would probably be wise, too.
