No. You can have only one account.
Forum allows to change username once / year for Jr.VIP members
Have you posted image or URL? If yes, then it's the trigger.
New users must suffer a little. It's normal that newbie users haven't the same privileges like regular members.

No offense but, yes it may suck that members may miss out but would it really affect you that much
