I did what the video said.
I submitted my site to canada and then I thought i would see if the 'suggest a site' link was available under USA directories.. it was, but it still redirects you to the canada suggest a site page...
I wonder if it cookied/i logged my computer to only allow one country submission or maybe all the 'suggest a site' links take you to canada...

the uk yahoo directory is also free, no need to pay for link. Does take a long time for it to feature
