Yeah. I made it the day I applied. I made a very quick website from a professional website template, it was a co.cc domain too.
I just made it look pro and I got accepted.

I am by no means an expert on BHW, but I do have some pretty good common and business sense.
This message gave me all I needed to know why you are having issues with CPA networks accepting you. You have a non-US and non-English based site.
Obviously... er obvious to me that the reason you are having a hard time is: Why would a CPA network want your non-US and non-English site to be referring traffic to their US and English based advertising clients.
They have a reputation to protect and customers to satisfy. Though we all know these methods drive traffic that is incentivized and probably not an actual potential customer, but atleast they are English speaking and US based.
Now... I know what you are thinking... but the traffic is coming from youtube and they are US and English... very true, but the CPA network is probably more concerned with the fact that you have a foreign site AND you are driving incentivized traffic to it.
Put those together and well... good luck with all the junk CPA networks you will have to deal with and cross fingers you get paid.

Peerfly is a very good program, but they have very strict rules about promoting their offers. You can easly get banned for using content locker or promoting their offers on warez/copyright related videos.

hi secrekept's I her newbie to me to have content locker..i have also use leadbolt and adworkmedia its hard for convertions now planning to use another method putting link like bee4.biz or maybe sharecash in the description,but one thing i learn in searching..i managed to keep my videos an 500 instant view with my technique....but in terms of earning still figuring out, waiting for fileice to get accepted and filebreeze. and start a journey her..

Don't use a file locker. File lockers use affiliate networks; file lockers pay less.
