Second location GBP not showing in maps?

I recently took on a client who has 2 GBP's. Their main location and secondary location. Their previous marketing company focused on optimizing their secondary location and neglecting their main location GBP.

I just optimized this location 2 days ago and its still no where to been seen in maps. Only if you google the business name + location it appears. But for no main services or anything. The website was poorly design and not optimized for anything so I will be redesigning that and branding it for their main location. Ive never really seen this before to where it wont appear at all for even a main service or two. At the least I was expecting to see it on the 4th page in maps or something.

Has anyone has this issue before? Will some citations and a web redesign with proper location branding help this GBP appear in maps?

Basically if any GBP is neglected for long, it looses it's possition but it's not a rare care . It's a casual thing. Let's tag along if u want to know more of it mate!

All good, I woke it up. I redid the website, got citations and social profiles. Fully optimized it and ran some CTR.
