Back in SEO after taking a break for a while. So I took out a second GMB with a new phone number for a business. So it's one business two phone numbers (two gmbs).

Will a new batch of citations for new phone number confuse Google?

You have 2 GMBs with the same name in the same category at the same address?
 
Do they both have same profile, category, pictures, etc? You risk getting both GMB's closed by Google

two different gmb titles, same address, 70% similiar images, different category! It's very tricky. Any sugguests would help
 
Different names and different categories you could be ok. Not sure how wise it is to use mainly the same pics tho
