hello. i have this problem.
I create a channel 1 month ago and now I have 3500 subscribers, in general I'm doing well, but when I go to make a 2nd channel it works fine for 1 day and then all the shorts have 0-1 views.

The trick to shorts is that you have to be consistent with your contents and posts.

continue posting shorts for a week. I think 2nd channel is not a problem. if you regularly upload shorts your channel will get back on track soon
