SeattleCloud app builder victim?

I was using SeattleCloud (SC) app builder since 2015 and currently have over 20++ active apps. I have LIFETIME accounts which purchased from two whitelabel service providers.

Recently SC announced that they have discontinued lifetime account & they offer those effected to migrate to monthly account ($4.99/app). I do not plan to migrate, so I've signup a new account from different app builder company (totally new platform).

Can anyone help me... I have a few GooglePlay related questions?

1. If I create a replacement app in new App Builder (same functionality) and update in GooglePlay as new version, can my existing users get auto updates?

2. If no auto update, can they do manual updates (click at update button)? Or they have to uninstall existing app and re-install new app?
