Searching high retention views(70-100%)!

Sup,

trying to find trustable high retention views service. Before you start recommend BigBuddy or others, I must to say, that I want service which MINIMUM per video is ~1k views. So maybe anyone know service?

Try Ruoalls new service should be out soon, I have tested it and got nearly 100% retention (99.6%) and think he may have a low minimum but not sure. Keep your eyes peeled he may release it soon..
