searching good anonymous offshore hosting

i tryed it of the search function, but i am not sure now.

So, i search a good anonymous webhosting (political blog) in Panama or Malasysia (no other countries).

Anyone have a hint for me, which hoster is good - which is poor?

I read about CCIhosting (panama), some says good, alot says bad..
