I need webhosting with anti-ddos and mssql suport...

You should try hostgator. The reason that I moved there was the same. After I moved they blocked all attacks

my database is on mssql server i made mistake in threat start... not mysql but mssql suport...

You can prevent DDoS attacks without switching hosts by signing up for CDN service like CloudFlare or similar.

I was using mediatemple, on my first ddos site was down like 10 minutes but they stopped very quickly

Best solution is host it on arvixe or hostgator and then attach it with cloudflare.
