Searching for VPS&Proxy Providers,with >2 Level Referal

Hi guys,
first of all, please tell me, if its the wrong place for my post, i would relocate it.
a friend of me, who does tutorials for vps based bots asked, if i know some vps and proxy suppliers which give high referal rewards....
dont know how much people will use his referal, but it would be nice if i could referal him.
the best case would be if there is a 2 level referal sheme, so that i also would get a part of his customers.

i looked & found some around here, but of course, i cant tell, if they got a leveled referal system
so, if you read this and can help, please reply.
