Searching for Seo Service for Hebrew Web Site

hello i have an Hebrew website that is already on seo for the last 3 years , the position in the main keyword is 19.
I'm looking for someone who knows Hebrew or has at least prior experience in promoting a site in Hebrew.
I am interested in building a work plan for the period of two \ three months with a professional Organic Seo.
