Searching for SEO partner

We are currently in the process of launching a web services business for a client of mine. This client owns some other businesses and currently has upwards of 10,000 clients, not to mention a large and experienced sales team. The goal is to sell web services to all of these clients, and go after other businesses as well.

Assuming this takes off as we hope it will, there will be a lot of work to do. Therefore, I'm searching for someone(s) who can offer a complete SEO package, at a good, discounted price (which is fair, considering that, if this works as planned, we will be sending volume).

We will also be offering other web services (social media management, web design, etc), so if you can offer these things as well, that would be great, but that may be a discussion for another time.

But first could you perhaps give me a more detailed idea of what you have in mind and we can then perhaps work out what web service packages to put together for the client to offer?

I can offer video creation servies... Kinetic typography... Whiteboard videos... Animated videos... Business videos (perfect for: Plumbers, restaurants, real estate agents)... The list goes on...
