It's amazing how many people that have bad experience with buying SEO and only want to pay after results.

Sometimes buying links from providers is not enough you know? There's much more to SEO than spending a low budget on a service.

If you don't really know how to approach your website, keywords and link building it sounds like you either need to learn more about SEO or hire a good SEO'er to take care of everything.

Buying a simple link building campaign is usually not enough.

I suggest reading around for some strategies here on BHW and expand your knowledge before buying backlinks.
