Searching for PDF File Unlocker

Anybody know of a freeware PDF Unlocker that is not crippled and works.

I have found 5 so far that don't totally work.

search "best pdf unlocker". Its the first one.

Try contacting a member named "tsanko" I seem to recall that he cracked the password on a PDF that was in the Downloads Section some time ago.

As far as apps that crack PDF's, it has been my experience (even with commercial ones) that they take FOREVER to crack the password.
