Searching for Instagram account scraper based on Location

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here knows an Instagram account scraper that can scrap accounts based on their Location?

I have a large scale IG scraper that can do location based scraping.
The issue is not all the results will be from that location.
The scraper can get the location of the account but not all accounts return a location and you would need a certain amount of accounts in that location to start with.
You would be casting a wide net, scraping many accounts and just filtering out the results that are not what you want.
