searching for actual link wheel software that can make web2.0 profiles, blogs, forum posts, microblogging, article submission , etc.

There's an actual link wheel builder right in the buy/sell section on blackhat. Not sure how good it is though. might be worth a search.

Freedmann!! Love the fact that you asked people to 'spam' you! And here's some unsolicited advice - stay away from auto tools mate. You'll end up doing more damage than good in the long run. The secret to a good linkwheel is leaving the smallest possible footprint. A software will put up a huge billboard telling Big G that there's something amiss here

Automated software is not really ideal for backlinking anyway, unless you can monitor the sites you are getting backlinks from.

lets spam you then you will find some in the forum search and when you actually get a good one that works for your please update your spammers as well
